Boise Fry Company, burgers are on the side. The fries are cooked with natural and healthy peanut oil, and are not fried with other foods. The beef and bison is bought local and the secret recipe buns are made down the corner from the shop while the toppings are grown three miles from the restaurant. They use all natural, local, and whenever feasible , organic products.

Open daily from 11am to 9pm.

Happy hour is Mon-Fri 4-6pm. Buy one get one Free on beer and small fries.

I just got back from the Boise Saturday Market Downtown and thought it would be fun to start doing a Tri IDAHO’s Top 3 Saturday Market Picks!!

The tester never satisfies me enough these Almonds are AMAZING!

I tried the tester on a cracker and it was in the Top 5 best Marinara Sauces I have ever had!

I can’t wait to try it on pasta! It’s thick and sweet, Ragu and Prego watch out!
